Brewing instructions
For hot tea, steep 4 grams of tea in 10–12 oz of water at 212°F (100°C) for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
For iced tea, steep 4 grams in 10–12 oz of water at 212°F (100°C) for 3 minutes, then strain and pour over a glass filled with ice.
