Simpson & Vail Zion National Park Tea
Zion is proof that an herbal tea doesn't have to be delicate.
Zion National Park Tea is a bold, naturally caffeine-free rooibos blend inspired by the park's red rock formations and the hardy plants that thrive among them.
Red rooibos was chosen to mirror Zion's dramatic sandstone landscape. Sage brings an earthy, slightly woodsy character inspired by the evergreens growing among the rocks, while lavender contributes a soft floral note. Elderberry provides the finishing touch—a little tart fruit and sweetness that pulls the herbal flavors together.
The brewed tea is deep red with a creamy fruit-and-floral character that feels substantial enough for traditional tea drinkers while still offering a completely caffeine-free cup.
It's a particularly good National Park choice for evening sipping.
Simpson & Vail donates 10% of Zion tea sales to the Zion National Park Forever Project, the park's official nonprofit partner.
